Malaysian in general are much better than Sporeans in that matter. The local auction site (www.lelong.com.my) has much better reputation than ebay.com.my. Maybe thats because Lelong has been in biz since 1999(I was one of the first Verified members). Though I must admit that there are scammer,quick dealings,etc., most of the auctions in Lelong are quite genuine and yes they do wait for auctions to end.
