wow, reading this post made me so angry too at those unethical, stupid and totally insensitive reporters. what a shame to the indonesian image. we hardly have anything good to be proud of and these people make indonesia look even worse.
one thing to note though, i don't believe that the society prefers that kind of uneducative and unethical reportage. it is what these media people think the society prefers. i think it doesn't start from the society to create a credible and factual journalism, it should start from the people within the media. i hope somebody does something about it. freedom of speech doesn't mean the media can be ignorant and violate the rights of the people they're reporting.
