My father's childhood friend is a doctor. He started out as a poor, but very clever doctor. We didn't go to any other doctor but him.
Then we began to notice that he started to prescribe very expensive medicines. Then we noticed that his wealth has began to grow very rapidly.
We knew that he's got commission from the pharma company (he boasted about it. Seriously). But we thought we're happy to help a friend, anyway since with him we always cured in no time.
Now he's a very wealthy guy. But we no longer go to him when we need a doctor.
We found out that he prescribed antibiotics very carelessly. Doctors like him helped dangerous diseases such as MSRA to happen.
